SIP VOIP on the HTC Vox or any other Smartphone base phones?

I'm just wondering if the Vox or any other Windows Smartphone OS can be configured for use with SIP VOIP services like Vonage? I'm not talking about the PPC OS, but rather the Standard non-touch screen OS. If it's possible, can someone please post some instructions on how to configure it? Thanks!
