Loading downloaded JAVA applications onto V703SHf

for some DM ringtones and in the process picked up some java apps. I was wondering how I would get these Apps onto my phone.

Also, my 703SHf has an IC-appli, can someone explain what exactly this is for and if its any use to a Canadian like myself. There is an IC application already in the program and the only english I can get out of it is E D Y with 3 varying colors of blue flame looking things. It's in Japanese so I can't really understand even thought the english is selected.
