Two things that I hate about WM6

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I know these may be trivial, but they drive me nuts.

1) I can't find a key lock program that works on my BJ with WM6. Come on MS!
2) WM6 STILL only displays that tiny little thumbnail image of the incoming caller.

WTF

I have tried this auto keylock with WM6. None of the versions work

Just my rant!

have you tried the bate of auto keylock

have tried photocontacts?

The auto keylock beta doesn't work for me and I purchased photo contacts.

I just thought the MS would have improved those functions since WM5.

Well said Conan. Sometimes I think they develop in a bubble.

Why can't you just hold the end key before you put it back in your pocket? are you that lazy? An auto key lock would only piss me off when I'm trying to do something and I constantly have to keep unlocking the thing.

Won't you just install a program that just answers all your calls and surfs the web for you too.

you set it to detect an idle time of your choosing anything from 10 seconds to 10 minutes...it detects the lack of key presses for a set duration and if the phone has had none in that set time it locks it.

the phones has one built in but you need a code to unlock it this program just locks it turns off the screen thus saving power and then quickly returns it to operational mode in two clicks, or will show you such things as todays date the time any missed calls or messages (has special alerts built into like flashing the screen or vibrating at set interval).it also will show what song you are listening to in WMP, in a single click

not bad for free program

so do some study into the topic before stating such idiotic sentiments

I'm not lazy, I'm just forgetful. And candybar-style phones are just too sensitive, so I end up calling people accidentally. Why WM doesn't come with a useful auto keylock built in, I'll never know.

Smartphone doesn't. There's an automatic device lock, but you have to enter a password to unlock.

just make the password one single letter.
