ActiveSync problem on htc Mogul

When i try and install active sync its giving me an error saying i'm missing a .DLL file. Anyone know why this is happening and know a way to solve the problem?

You need to uninstall active sync then re-install.....

While it's installing its giving me that error... around 63% done it will just stop and give me the error.

i have activesync installed and i try and press connect and while its connecting its saying it can't find my device. and reason why?

When installing mine it kept stopping at 99% ~ never finished. I downloaded it from the website ~ go to windowsmobile.com & under search do activesync 4.5 You can download it there ~ it works.
