I got a cable with a package of accessories for my L7 SLVR... one of these items was a small USB device to audio input (red/white cables). I tried using the software MP3 player and connecting the phone to my stereos audio input and when i try to play music it still comes from the phone and not the stereo... is it possible to get this to work? I know there is a headphone mod for the motorola stereo headphone but i would rather this cable work... please help!

are u plugging audio cable into tv or pc if pc it doesnt work that way, u have to play music or videos by using phone tools then selecting ur phone then click the file then press view or open file button. when u connect a phone through usb cable it connects everything including audio, memory,video and phonebooks etc...
