Where to find an SDA replacement keyboard?

I have an SDA, and the 7 button does not work well. I think the keypad probably needs to be replaced, but I'm having a hard time finding a replacement part.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to purchase a replacement keypad for the SDA? Thanks.
