Windows media player today screen

I just installed the windows media player today screen plugin and it's not coming up on the today screen. It's installed correctly im sure. I put the .cab on the device found it and installed it. Just nothing appears on my today screen. Any ideas why?

Settings > Today
Make sure it is checked.
