Where to look for Used Cars Online in the states?

Which single site has the most comprehensive listings of used cars in the NYC area?
I've tried:
www.autotrader.com
www.automart.com
yahoo auto
www.carsdirect.com
but none of them seem like a comprehensive place where everyone goes to list their used cars.. (In Canada it would easily be www.autotrader.ca)

craigslist.org is the best for private party.
the recycler.com is this ish too.
I will say that my brother got a great deal on a S14 Kouki tho it needed a Clutch. But heh great deal.
