Blackberry Browser Problems

So I've accidentally deleted my browser on my BB.

Does anyone know how I can get it back? I've tried resending service books but that doesn't do anything. The people at support can't seem to do anything more than having me remove my battery and resend service books. Any help is much appreciated.

I've even just tried a hard reset and the icon still doesn't come back. Am I completely screwed?

How did you delete it? If you removed it via the App Loader then you'll need to go back into App Loader and place a check by the browser to load it on to the BB.

I wish it were that easy. I deleted it from Options - Advanced Options - Applications. I've spoken to Verizon about it and there doesn't appear to be anything that can be done. A replacement phone is on the way.

WHAT? Sure there is. You can download the device software, unzip it onto your PC, and Desktop Manager can reinstall it! And since it should find that everything else is already on the device, it probably would only have to reinstall "Browser".
