I sync'd over some wallpapers through iTunes but for some reason, it will not let me delete those pictures on the iPhone... How do I do it? Thanks

You have to delete them from your synclist in iPhoto and re-sync. I believe the only pictures you can directly delete from the iPhone are the one's taken with the iPhone camera.

I already deleted the pictures off of my computer and I chose not to sync pictures... now what?

You want to re-sync the pictures so that it will delete them. If you don't re-sync, it doesn't know that you removed them from your photo sync list.
