I found the ATT website pretty confusing when it comes to changing iPhone plans (vs during setup on iTunes). The website is currently down. Could they be adding options? Like adding "custom ring tones for $4.99". 
Or just fixing it?
F999: Due to temporary technical issues, you can view your current features as an iPhone customer, but you are not able to add or remove features online at this time..

sometimes i go and its down too...i doubt if they are making any major changes

Now is up again, with the Video Sharing thing on the main page, I think that was the reason
