Q Problems

My friend has the Motorola Q from Ntelos and lately she's been experiencing lots of problems that Ntelos couldn't figure out. She can't send text messages anymore and if we send to her she doesn't get them or it arrives days later. She's also been missing calls left and right people claiming they call and it rings and rings and her Q does nothing but sit there. It's really very confusing and its really odd. Can anybody figure out what could be causing such random problems after she's owned the phone for 2 months?

im guessing a memory override. try reseting the phone or go through th euser manual.
