okay, I am extremely tired of waiting for T-mo to get the Curve, or whatever version they are going to be getting, plus the fact that I cannot stand my WM MDA, does not help, either. So, should I get the 8700 and call it a day, or should I continue to wait for T-mo to come out with the 83XX??

Depends on how much you need the camera and the ability for music and pictures.

How do you plan to use the new device?

well, I plan on using it for music, but, when I think about it, I have plenty of songs on my MDA right now.....which I Rarely listen to.

If you want to listen to music on the device then keep in mind that the BlackBerry 8700 does not have expandable memory so it's not an ideal device to store mp3's on as you only have 64MB of flash memory for application and data storage.

I suppose I will just wait for the curve, especially since it has expandle mem. Damn it T-mo! hurry up and release the curve....please!

It's really a personal judgement call. You could always purchase a Curve and unlock if you can't wait.

Unlocking is a great solution and then you have a wider market to sell it to, when you eventually decide you want something newer.
