Activesync Calendar Problem

I just noticed the other day that my Outlook 2007 Calendar does not sync anymore with my phone. It used to work just fine last week. When I input stuff into the calendar on my computer it doesn't sync over to the phone. However, when I add stuff to the calendar on the phone it syncs to the computer just fine.
I am using the 8125. Can anyone lead me in the right direction.
