My Razr makes calls, but I don't see vid on display

Um. No video on my display. I need a little help here.

I've already charged it overnight. I'm wondering if I hit a "dim" button of some sort. I called by pressing the green call button (blindly since I can't see who I called last) and it called my best friend, so the phone works, just no video on display to see anything I'm doing.

Help?

It's a Razr v2. There's this tiny reset pinhole on the front top right above the keypad. Should I push it?

the reset button just clears the memory of the phone, dont press it. if there is no video then that is a big problem u should consult a technical expert.
