Unlocking Blackberry pearl in Vancouver

First off, yes I know all unlocking questions are supposed to be in the marketplace but I can't find a place to post there, maybe i'm doing something wrong.
Anyways my buddy is looking to get a T Mobile blackberry pearl unlocked using cash, cheque, or money order as he doesn't have a credit card.
Any ideas?
