Razor2 V8 Problem

Hi to all, just received my new V8. The menu system does not have seem to have the ability to add Cingulars data "stuff' so you can access their system. According to a call to Motorola, they said the phone is made (software) wise for specific countries and regions and one cannot add Carriers who's software is not compatible with the phones specific sofeware. There is no menus for ports, etc all the info one needs to enter to make it work on Cingular or t-mobile. Inserting the simm allows you to make calls, that is all. The settings area and internet area allow you to enter new data, but only three lines which are for the local carries name and site name?
Hope I explained it correctly, did I do something wrong ? Suggestions ?

First thanks for your response. I went to the location indicated and iI only found specs, not setup.
Did I miss it somewhere else???

Goto> Web Access> Browser Setup> Profiles> Add a New Profile.
