All right here is the problem, I bought a Kyocera Strobe K612B from my bros room mate, which was activated for Revol, The phone Subscription to Revol had been canceled, I first tried to Sell it, but was unable to Bcs The person that the phone was purchased and activated for had to call in about it, Well the prob is he is in the county jail, about to go to prison.

And my question to you all is, Is there a Way to Reflash the Phone carrier from Revol to Alltel? So I can actually use the phone. And if so Will there be any features lost, like texting, and web and all that? And if so can any of you point in the direction of how to do it?

Oh Yeah and I don't think the ESN is cleared so I guess it really is a brick?

Well, the ESN not being cleared is no problem as long as the phone wasn't stolen/lost/found/etc. The phone could be flashed to Alltel but you'd need to find the data settings. You'd also need the data cable as well as some software and a hell of a lot of time. Honestly, if you've never done it before, or have no one to guide you, I wouldn't try it.

Otherwise, just try activating it and the phone + text will work only. The only reason flashing is really necessary is if you want to try and get data working, too.
