Just ordered one this morning from Premier and in the tracking reference says "CNG A", whatever the hell that means.

I ordered a platinum version off Premier over a month ago and it was AT&T branded.

The Platinum model has always been AT&T (as has the Pink one, of course). I'm not sure about the Grey or Gold models, though.

my grey at&t doesn't. I think they were all fixed for at&t

As far as i know any new phone (not refurb) you order on premier should be at&t branded now. My platinum V3xx was and so was the nokia 6126 i ordered just a week ago

got my phone in a day early today. it was loose in the box which kinda bugs cause i know FedEx just throws these boxes around. nothing appears wrong with it so i just started charging it. AT&T branded on the battery cover so i'm sure it's fully AT&T as everyone has said thus far. one weird thing i noticed is that the serial number and info is on a sticker beneath the battery put on all crooked, like it was done quickly or something... is that normal for the V3xx? maybe i'm just being anal or something.

2 weeks ago I got it from a store and it had a significant gap - the phone's hinge was certainly messed up. Ended up selling it on ebay and got the treo 750.

My gunmetal V3xx is AT&T branded...almost. There are two places on it where you can find the word Cingular. The first is in the Mobile E-Mail app, and the second is under Settings/Phone Status/Other Information/Operator.
