D900i vs u600

These two phones are about the same price. u600 is $360 and d900i is about $330.
What are the major difference between the 2?
Important factors for me are:
1. Phone functions. (Ring tones, caller ID/display, call quality, etc)
2. Camera (speed, quality, flash)
3. Other functions (mp3, .docs, agenda etc)
Any can I get soem details about how each phone performs each fuction?
