Is it common to get an "connecting to device failed" error when trying to transfer a file? Everytime when this happens, I can retry the send and it'll go through. I'd say I get this error about half the time, it's getting kind of irritating.

I found that I had to have the SYNC search for the phone before it would accept the incoming Bluetooth transfer without error. That could be because the headset is still connected. On other phones I had to turn the headset off before I could connect the phones. The SYNC has Bluetooth version 2.0 which allows multiple Bluetooth connections but the older Bluetooth version on the other phone times out.

The only BT device I have connected to my phone is my BT dongle
