Hi guys,

Hope you can help me out with this. I tried a search but didn't find anyone reporting the same problem. Might have missed it I guess, but still..

Anyway, yesterday, I switched my phone off for a bit, and when I switched it back on, most of my menus had changed.

details : the icons on my main screen had changed and the soft buttons weren't pointing to the same things anymore (should have been contacts and history, but weren't).

Then if I click to access the menus, the icons have changed and I don't even have access anymore.

details: I now have a games and apps icon with a joystick on it (but if I click on it, it does nothing, I don't have access). I have a wireless web icon with a door opening on a green ball. If I click it, I have a list with applications, web shortcuts, stored pages(inactive), history(inactive), go to url(inactive), browser setup(inactive) and web sessions. Web sessions contains Lab or Production as choices (with a lock on the side of both) which both give me internet access. There's also an option to create a new entry, containing name, homepage, user id, password, gateway ip, service type, etc...
I don't have a spark icon or an mp3 player access anymore, unless I click the side button.

Anyway, there's a few other changes in the menus, but nothing major I think. I didn't do a software update (it says 2401_01.0A.01)...

Any suggestions as to what happened and how to fix it?

I did a couple of seem edits a while back, but nothing recently that could've brought this on...

consult the user namual or contact their company. the user manual has most common errors listed and t shows u how to get rid of them.
