I tried to search on this but had no luck.

Basically, I want to add traditional Chinese on my 8600. I think this probably requires flashing of the phone. Is there a way to do this without bring it to some professionals?

I know Sony Ericsson has the wotan server. Is there anything similar for Nokia Phones?

Use NSS to change product code to APAC one and then flash it with NSU.

I need some help on the acronyms you are using. What is NSS and APAC? I only know that NSU stands for the Nokia Software Updater.
