Speaker won't work anymore.

I have 2 Motorola V505's. I love using the V505 but the speakers(not the loud speaker) have gone out.
When someone calls me or I call them, the person on the other end can hear me, but I can't hear them. The only way I can communicate is if I put them on speaker phone. But I hate doing that because I don't want people around me hearing my conversation.
So how can I fix this? I didn't drop it on the ground or in water. Would I have to bring it in somewhere to get it fixed? Please, someone help!

it could be dust or maybe it just died you will have to get a new phone. do both or ur phones have this error?

Yes, both of them have the same problem. If it is dust, how would I fix it? take it apart and then blow or something?
