but i work for t-mobile and i had a customer that did the same thing, and we had to do an exchange for him. i am not sure if there is a current fix for that problem. i would call customer care at tmobile and ask for the advanced data department and see. This situation with the gentleman at the store happened the second day the phone came out so we just swapped it out for him and he didn't have any pertinent information. good luck. |
