Don't know if anyone is interested, but i found this website that pretty good,
it lets you upload your own songs and create ringtones for your phone... I paid $10 for 30 days, and in that 30 days i can get/send as many ringtones to my phone as i want...
Just thought i would share...

or you can use the free piece of software called audacity to do it on your own PC...and as most phones play mp3s these days it really was a waste of $10
