on my wing I put 2g memory chip then used system m app to transfer all program files to card.everything fine until reboot now phone just keeps rebooting when card is in.

Well, take the card out when you reset/reboot the thing.
Sadly, this is a known problem.

fixed it just hard reboot reinstalled and debranded it then reinstalled all 3rd party apps to memory card. no more endless reboot
