Subsidy password?

I need to find a way to get my subsidy password (the 6-digit) for my Slvr. I'm no longer with US Cellular, and I need to do a master clear on the thing, and I can't do it without the subsidy pw. Any way ya'll know how to find it?

thera are many ways to unlcok a phone without the password u can find guide on how to at ebay, just search for ur phone model and put in how to unlock. hope that helps

After a google search, I found out that US Cellular is a CDMA provider.

to master clear everything you don't need the subsidy, that is only needed to unlock the phone for other carriers. To retrieve a forgotten password or write a new one to the phone to allow you to master clear you can use motokit, I'm sure you can Google around a bit..lol it helped me once i changed my password and for some reason i couldn't remember what i had put as my privacy lock for my pics and sounds....lol
