I have been scouring the book for my new 3Vxx and can't find the answer that I want to this question. When I am in a coversation, can I close the lid on the phone without "hanging up" the phone? I have a "Jawbone" and would like to use that with the phone lid closed and the phone in my pocket. However, I don't see an option to be able to talk without have the phone unfolded.

Hm i'd like to know this too, as I'm planning to pickup the jawbone today.

Have you tried just answering the phone w/o opening it using the bluetooth to pickup?

Yup...I experimented bit. I was able to close the lid and continue talking. Also, turned on Jawbone and dialed and then closed lid.

Also, if you make a call and decide to use BT during the call, just turn on your Jawbone and once it connects go to "options" / "use bluetooth". Then you can close the phone and continue your conversation.

Make sure that you have active flip as the answer mode turned off just in case the Bluetooth loses its connection. Occasionally. the flip will get snagged on something and answer and hang up the call in one continuous action.

Usually when you have an active conversation going on through a headset, closing the flip will not end it. Some people forget and still have a live connection where the other party can hear you talking over the headset when you thought that you had ended the call.
