ASM after 3 months

will the unthinkable has happened.. I interviewed with the ARSM yesterday and got the call today.. I will be moving from my current store to a new store as a ASM! And the trainer @ new hire training told me there was no way in holy hell i would be promoted before 6 months..

haha seriously. i would never want to become an ASM knowing what my ASM has to go through with our SM and ARSM on a daily basis.

So you had prior experience in a similar position? It is not like you are coming out of another industry, right? How were you sales as an RSC btw?

I understand compensation is salary + commision for ASM's. How much is the salary for ASM?

I will be interviewing for an ASM position. What situations /questions did they ask you in the interview?

It's salary and at risk. The at risk is calculated on what your store does collectively. ASM doesn't earn anything extra for doing any opps themselves.

It's not salary, it's non-bargained hourly. The rest is right though.

You're right, my mistake. SM is the lowest salaried position, and they get at-risk too, just like the ASM.
