Really need input/advice

Ok so getting a new/slightly used vehicle for my girlfriend. She currently has a 98' monte carlo with the Z34 package which adds the 3.8 V6. She is so not wanting something that feels the same. She likes the idea of my grand cherokee but hates the gas mileage. She is picky as all get out. Hates the camry, accord, maxima, altima. Basically the regulars. I figured well hyundai has come a long way let's check them out. She didn't like the sonata. She loves the Santa fe. I was all set the specs look good. Drives nice and is not bad looking. The gas mileage rates supposedly at 19/24. Did a little research and turns out those are completely inflated. So does anybody have any ideas inputs that I may have forgotten? She says the new Saturn vue is ok. She's not impressed by the highlander. I'm running out of ideas. So I decided to reach out to my fellow hofo members for input.

seriously nobody??? C'mon!
She tested a saturn aura today and liked the outside and the inside but likes the santa fe interior better. Any suggestions.
