nokia 6681 problem "Request not completed" :doh:

Hi...Im owning nokia 6681, I am facing a problem which alwayz makes me FRUSTRATED.... When ever i want to check my BALANCE or CREDITS through my service provider it alwayz says "REQUEST NOT COMPLETED" ...
But suddenly when i restart my phone EVERY THING GOES ON WELL...Again after sme hours the same problem arises!!!
Please Please HELP ME OUT....
i will be much thankful to who ever solves my problem
