I installed Windows Mobile Rom Core 2.0 which is based on Xplore but theres a problem that i still have Windows Mobile 5.0 and just the startup has changed. I installed it on T-Mobile MDA othewise known as HTC Wizard.

You probably have to flash it to another rom and then use lokiwiz tool to cid unlock/sim unlock it and then flash to a good base rom then flash to the core rom. You can't flash to a new rom if the phone is still CID locked which is different from sim locked. Use this information at your own risk.
