Put all the photos you want (in folders or what have you) onto a USB key ( you know the little thumb drives). Point iTunes to the folder and they should all sync over. If your pictures are scattered all over create a new folder under "My Pictures" or whatever default picture folder you have and copy/move the pictures over there. 2. In iTune, go to the iPhone picture setting page and make sure the folders containing your picture is checked. If the folder does not appear, you need to add it to the setting.
