Outlook Contacts other folders

I have more than one outlook contacts folder on my PC, but have so far been unable to get active sync to copy all folders to my TMOBILE DASH. Anyone know if this is a limitation of the software? Is there a way to sync multiple folders? What about a way to sync only selected contacts?
