Cou Help Line/customer Service

What is the email or contact number for someone in the COU department as someone closed the prior thread on this? I have tried cou@att.com to no avail. Anybody have an answer to this?

I need to get clarification from the source.

its on the cou website. theres no email that i could find. should be on mycingular.

What is the COU website link? I believe it is only accessible from the store. What is the actual website link??

if you need to change your sim or whatever just call care and tell them ur sim broke and u need help asap

I tried that about 6 months ago and was directed to erprequests@att.com to email my SIM card change. CS cannot directly help people on ERP/COU lines with those type of changes. Just check CSP at work.

That is the reason for my question, I no longer work there and still have my COU handset which my manager is asking for. I don't want the service, I just want to keep the handset as I was told I was able to by the prior manager and I want to know who to contact for clarification regarding this as I have heard mixed information here and in speaking to others. I want to talk with someone directly that deals with the COU accounts. The erp email you gave is only accessible from within at&t apparently because when I try to email it, it returns the email. I wish they had a number for information on this as it is very annoying dealing with this company trying to get a direct answer....but then again...that is one of the main reasons I quit.
