With any IFRAME, TEXTAREA, or DIV (with an overflow:scroll), you can scroll with two fingers to scroll that element rather than pan the entire page!

So if you're replying to a long message on myspace, you can (before bringing up the keyboard), use two fingers to scroll to the top of the message, then tap at the beginning to start typing in the appropriate spot.

Very cool.

I sometimes hit a link on a webpage when trying to scroll or pan and get pissed especially if I am on Edge. Are you saying the 2 finger sroll technique will not allow that? Maybe I am not follwing. I guess I will try it. Thanks for the tip and if that work sI will be very happy.

I have found that there is a scroll bar on the outer edge (maybe left as well) that is not part of the page itself so with practice you can scroll a page without accidentally hitting some link. Slide your finger on the outer edge and you'll see the scroll bar.

Nope I was not able to scroll by dragging on the left or right edge of this text box I'm typing in now. But, if I tap "done" to get rid of the keyboard, I can drag with two fingers to scroll the text in this text box which is quite cool. Maybe I'll post a video if people are still having trouble.
