Monitor your feature sales..

I'm not an agent, just work at a call center. I'm in the South Central region, just wanted to know if any other CS reps out there had checked out the new situation that they have where you can log in with your CUID and see your feature sales for the past 3 months. It shows the CTN,the feature you sold, how much that feature cost, the day you added it, and how much you made off of it.

I personally thought it was the best thing since sliced bread.

We have a communication dashboard and the link was posted there. I'll see if I can find a link from a CSP article and post that once I go back to work tomorrow.

Store reps have had this tool for a while. It makes it extremely easy to bash your head into something hard when you see the guy you sold a PDA plan to 2 months ago switch over to the iPhone.

Yikes, that sucks. I'm fairly sure I'm going to be doing the same thing too. I never have time to review accounts like that though, always too busy. It does give me a good way of tracking how much I stand to make.

yeah.........did that yesterday. $321.00 is chargebacks and counting.........

only $321? i have $890 this month in feature chargebacks, mostly from iphones. god i love this company!
