Dash, where do you enter mobile web addresses?

Im new to the Dash and Windows Mobile...
On my old phone, i had a lot of bookmarks for mobile websites. Im guessing the Tzones icon or button on this phone is the mobile WAP browser. I cant find where you enter the mobile web addresses though.

Internet explorer for internet pages. That should work with wap/mobile pages. You can add your pages to the favorites for quicker access. (start, then go to internet explorer)

i tried IE but that only seems to work for actual website pages when im on USB or Wifi. Ive tried typing in mobile websites into it and it doesnt bring up anything, even if im not connected to USB or Wifi
