Trouble With A Cingular/ AT&T V3 Razr

ok so i just got a V3 and i am having several issues w/it..

took it into the store and the idiots working acted like they couldnt do anything..

so i have resorted to posting here to try and fix it myself...

Issue #1: All of my MP3 ringtones and sounds that come standard with the phone sound like chipmunks ,

well they all play at a really fast speed...about 2X's the normal speed.....and I cannot seem to figure out where to try and change this or if its even possiable... ( i just want to know before i purchase more ringtones)

if some one has had this problem before or has an idea how to fix this please let me know!!

** i did a master reset and it still is plying evything @ 2X's the normal speed

(Update as of 08-12-07 -- so the sound on the videos that are on the phone also have this problem...i just now noticed it..)

please can someone give me some ideas to work with here?

hook ur phone up with the pc and use p2kcommander 4.9. if they are other file types like they are not wav files. use midi to wav mp3 to wav converter. click start click programs, click accessories then click enterntainment then click sound recorder. open ur file, it shoudl be in .wav format. click effects then click decrease speed keep decreasing until u think ur ringtone is perfect enough to hear. that should fix the ringtone problem. oh and by the way go to www.mobiles24.com for free ringtones, sign up for free on mobiles24.com.

they have like a lot of rigntones for free, download whatever ringtone u want transfer it trhough p2kcommander or p2kman.

ok so now i am haveing a new issue...whenever someone calls me it rings twice and then it shuts off...this is sooo wierd...can anyone please help me?????????
