This isn't iPhone specific exactlly but intellicast is currently reporting 30%/40% change of thunderstorms on Sunday while accuweather is reporting around 2% in their hour-by-hour probabilities. The iPhone weather app is showing thunderstorms.
Is there any site out there that aggregates all the major weather sites into one page so that you can quickly judge for yourself what's what? I would guess not since there may be copyright issues, etc.

Don't know about the aggregation of the different forecasts, but have you seen this radar?

If there's a storm on the radar, it'll show arrows indicating which way it's going, and the arrows have marks in them to show how long it'll take to get places. Kinda cool. (Obviously you'll have to use the link to change it to your own zip code!)
