Unlocked/Unbranded v3i stolen

So, last October I bought an unlocked/unbranded Motorola v3i. I upgraded to a new phone recently and havent been using it, so a couple months ago I let my friend borrow it when she broke her phone (that should have been my red flag). Well, she went to a party and someone stole it from her. Am I somehow covered or can I get it replaced somehow or am I SOL?

Are you ****ing ******** me? Not to be a ****, but if you buy a car from a dealership and don't have insurance, I suppose you expect them to replace the car too? Insane!!!!

They do have some sort of warranty for defects not for lost/stolen phones.

Thank you very much for being a jerk.

I didn't understand the warranty as far as to what it covered, and you could have told me without being hateful.

For the other replies, thanks for the info. I guess my "friend" can replace it for me.
