Problem#1

I flashed my K1 last Friday night with the official moto updater. After the update, everything seems to be okay except the external keys keeps locking up automatically (keyguard?) When I try to unlock the keys pressing/holding the smart key, the unlocked screen come up and stays there forever. So I have to reset the external screen by open and close the phone, which totally defeat the purpose of having the external keys.

Does anyone know anything about such matter, and how could I fix it?

Question#2

I took a few photos and videos using the phone, when I connect the phone to my computer, I see nothing on my computer, not even a removable drive. How could I get the files onto my computer? I don't have a mem card.

is this the phone that has the sd card slot, if not then you need a program such as p2k commander to view ur files. if that doesnt work and u do have a sd card slot buy a sd card plug it in and then take pictures and videos, it should work.

also about ur first problem it happens to my samsung, its not that bad since i just leave the phone on and it locks no that hard to unlock just hold whatever key it says to hold. takes about 1/2 second to load back. hope that helps u.

Ya, I think I will get a MicroSD card, and save all the pic/video on the card ...

the problem for locking is that when I unlock the keys, the UNLOCKED screen comes up, and stays there FOREVER, so basically the external screen/keys are frozen

anyway, what do you mean loadback?
