I need help I'm trying to sync my lg vx 9400 and retreive my video but i cannot do it using my able and bitpim help please

I would recommend transferring large files such as that via memory card. Transferring files that large would take a very long time.

secondary question - after you have the 3g2 files on your pc - how do you convert the 3g2 files to some pc compatible format. i have not found one program that does that - many convert close formats such as 3gp but none 3g2

A video converter software like SUPER might allow you to do that. Alternatively, you should still be able to watch the video in the format that it is in, I belive the QuickTime player (or at least QuickTime in general) supports it.
