What are the SBAs doing in your market?

For those of you in retail that have the AEB program launched and have SBAs working, what are they doing to drive business into the retail locations? I have noticed a lot of the people I met in training are using the RSCs for warm leads and not using salesforce.com as much as they should. I've also heard this from people that talked to people that went through training for the program. RET700 was a pretty good training. There are a few things that could be worked on, but that's like any training. Hopefully the SBAs will be able to step up to the plate and make this program worth it's weight in gold. I've already have 10 lines done for one rep, working on a 6 line, an 8 line, and a 12 line for some reps in another store. That's pretty much free activations for the RSCs. They didn't have to do any work to close the sale, just take some time out to activate the service, which gave them the numbers for it!
If you are an SBA, let me know what you are doing to work salesforce.com into your daily routine, and if you have the ability to link salesforce with outlook, and it actually work. I have it linked, but it doesn't seem to work like it should.
Also, SBAs, if you think we should have access to OPUS so we can look at customer's accounts while we aren't in a retail location, we can, say it here! I wish we could so we could go and get things done for customers instead of telling them to call care or go into the retail locations.
