Anyone here a Finance Rep with ATT? What exactly do you do, and if you don't mind sharing, how good is the pay?

I have a friend who was hired as a finance rep in Dallas Texas. She basically did inventory making sure everything was priced right, phones and accessories were entered into the system to make sure they're available to sell, running inventory reports for management, and great things like that.She was getting paid 11.50 an hour. She's now a sales rep making more money and, i imagine, more headaches.
