V3T freezes when getting pictures

Hello.

If I take pictures with my camera on my v3t and store them on the microSD card, whenever I try to access them so I can view them on the phone, my phone freezes and I have to remove the battery. This happens regardless of picture size. Lately, it's been freezing whenever I try to do anything with the microSD, including mp3s. I can't even switch storage devices lately, either. HELP!

Whenever I save the pictures to the phone's memory, I can look at them just fine. Also, I can pull the pictures from my microSD onto my computer and back with the USB cable without a problem.

I've tried a master clear and it didn't work. I can try a master reset, but I'd have to copy down my phonebook first. I tried calling T-Mobile about it, and the guy didn't know what was up, so he sent me to their Motorola service center, who promptly hung up on me. (Not sure if it was an accident or not, but still.)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Remove mem card, clean contacts with eraser or q-tip slightly soaked with alcohol. If prob persist, bad mem or bad phone. Phone lines go dead all the time, don't take it personally, call back.

Of course u wanna do this with the phone's power off.
