3125 Push Email Doesn't Push

Hi,
Just got me a 3100. If I manually sync, email arrives fine but push email doesn't work. I've checked the "get mail while roaming" box in AS. Everything work fine on the Treo.
What gives?

Did you select the option "as they arrive" in the schedule menu?
