I have looked everywhere for a solution. Just got an unbranded n75. Everytime I call voicemail or receive a voicemail, I get a text message from
1 000 000 000 saying:
smpp-vip.allntxacds02.
attwireless.net:5400?f=0&v=
300&m=7346244905&p=&t=
7346244905:A:AMS_NB_VIP6:
ms03::43643

I still get the voicemail indicator and it goes away once I delete the voicemail. Someone else has had to have bought one and had the same problem, right? Hopefully they will read this and respond!

Check to make sure the voicemail number you are dialing is correct. I used the settings wizard to set mine up.

I am replying to my own post with a solution. It seems that when I went from an iphone to a phone with no visual voicemail, some settings were messed up and I WAS dialing the wrong voicemail number and also I think the text messages were voicemail's way of communicating with the iphone. Who would have thought customer service would have been able to resolve it? I hope this post is found by anyone else with the same problem.
