So, I have an ERP and I finally got tired of at&t's ******** and quit. Long story why I quit, but suffice to say working in the call center ain't what it use to be.. Regardless, what happens with my ERP now? My manager has been gone all week so she won't even know I'm gone untill Monday when she comes back, and as I was leaving no one instructed me what to do with my ERP. I'm going to leave it alone for the time being and monitor it closely and see what happens.

Anyone had a similar experience and know how long it'll take before the ERP people catch up and figure it out?

I was told when I left cingular a couple of years ago, that they will convert your ERP to a 19.99 plan with ridiculously low minutes (I think the said 60) if you don't proactively get it converted over to a consumer plan.

So that is what I did, because I heard stories of people who left the company, and they had really huge ($500) bills because of the plan they put you on if you don't switch it on your own.

I say be quiet about it, I know a lot of people who don't work for the company anymore and still have demo lines.

I'm going to leave it be untill they change it for me or contact me and want to know what I want to do. I'll just keep a close eye on it so they don't just up and change it without telling me anything.

ERP support is supposed to contact to you find out what consumer plan you want to go onto. Mind you, I say "supposed to." There's a couple of people that were from my call center that were termed over 5 months ago and they're still sitting on ERP's. Enjoy the bennies while you've still got them.
